PUSH Yoga classes are general hatha classes that are not stage specific. Prenatal & early Postpartum clients recommended to take stage specific classes below.
Restorative Hatha Yoga is a gentle class for any yogi. If you are a beginner or working through an injury, gives this class a try. All levels welcome.
This class is a Hatha Yoga class with a bit of flow. Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques. All levels welcome.
A Hatha class designed to challenge you. This traditional style class will move through a variety of poses building on your strength and stamina. Some yoga experience is recommended.
A yoga class for men only. no experience necessary.
Yoga Nidra is a form of deep relaxation where the body is completely relaxed (usually laying down) and the instructor guides them with verbal instructions. No yoga experience is required.
