Work with our Pelvic Physiotherapist to learn how our Pelvic Program will prepare you for birth and postpartum.  You’ll feel more ready after attending all sessions in this program.

Support doesn’t stop at Physio, book a consult with our Care Coordinator to see what services we can personalize for your journey.  Remember the C.A.L.M. acronym for the support our clients found were most helpful for birth: Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Lactation Consultant and Massage.

PRACTICE

Learning is great, now we need to put it into practice.  Join our Partner Workshops (Birth, Newborn Care, Feeding) to learn hands-on or join a Yoga or Pilates Class to strengthen the mind and body for the next steps in our journey.

Direct billing is available for select practitioners and insurance providers.  Please inquire with front desk about your insurer. 

If we are unable to directly bill to your provider, we always provide a receipt which can be used at your discretion for submission to your insurance company after your session.

Our therapists are specialized in women’s health and the perinatal population, we welcome all members of the family – partners, children and grandparents!

Optimal preparation involves completing all three components of our program—Pelvic, CALM, and Practice. This comprehensive approach is preferred and clients feel completing all three components is the most effective.

However, each component can be done independently from one another.  We recognize that not all our services are suited for everyone and we want to ensure flexibility in tailoring your experience to meet your specific needs and preferences.  Please contact our Care Coordinator to navigate which services might best support you.
