Classes We Offer

A class just for moms to move, strengthen and build community with one another.  Class focus is on the parent, allowing mom to focus on poses to support your changes through postpartum.   

Learn to reconnect with your core, move and breathe as you transition into the next stages of parenthood.  

This class is open to partners, caregivers or family members.  Registration is for one adult and baby.  Let’s move, stretch and build community together!

Class focuses on regaining core strength and safe movements for postpartum and beyond.  Mat based + small equipment (spine corrector, therabands, magic circle, weights) and may include elements of Yamuna® Body Rolling.

These fitness classes are focused on the postpartum body helping you regain the strength and range of motion you once had.  Work out in a safe and supportive environment (moms only class).  

At Push Markham, we believe that kids’ yoga is not just a form of exercise but a magical journey that nurtures physical and emotional well-being in children. Come experience Kids Yoga Markham.

FAQ

Exercise can start after you have been cleared by your doctor or pelvic floor physiotherapist for exercise.  This typically happens 6-8 weeks after birth.  

Our Yoga/Pilates Mama classes are for moms and babies only

Our Family Yoga classes are for baby + adult (i.e. caregiver / parent / dad / grandparent / auntie / etc…) 

We see you mama and you’re not alone.  Getting back into the activities we used to do might look different initially, but we are here to support you.  We will move at your own pace and work with you on your goals.  If you’re reading this FAQ, consider seeing a pelvic physiotherapist for further support.

Yes, if you have someone to look after baby and would like to attend a class baby-free, we would love to see you.  Please note that all our postnatal classes are baby-friendly.

Yes, of course!  We offer pre-registered drop-in classes for many of our classes.  Check out our options
