GENERAL FAQ

Yes!  We know how important is it to be able to park (for free) and get to us easily.  Our unit is ground floor accessible and you can push your strollers right into reception.

No.  We specialize in all things women’s health and see women through all stages of life (moms or not).

We also welcome all members of the family, so your partners and kids are welcome too.

No, we are always here to support you.  All are welcome at PUSH.  If you are looking to cover something under your insurance benefits please speak directly with your insurance provider for details.

Absolutely. We know how challenging it can be to prioritize your wellness when you have young children. We’ve worked hard to build a safe, supportive environment for your entire family.

We offer specialized pediatric treatments with select practitioners (please check individual profiles for listings) and host baby-friendly “Mom & Baby” classes typically scheduled mid-day. You are always welcome to bring your children along to your therapy sessions provided they can remain occupied while you focus on your recovery; however, for your safety and relaxation, we generally recommend child-free visits for Acupuncture and Massage sessions.

No.  We do not have any medical doctors/staff on-site.  For emergencies please visit your local hospital or urgent care clinic.

STUDIO FAQ

Yes! Take a look at our General Yoga page for more details.

Yes! Our Mom & Baby classes are designed specifically for you and your little one. You are more than welcome to bring a blanket for your baby to relax on right next to you while you move your body. We have toys on site to keep them occupied, making it a wonderful way for you to stay active while your baby enjoys a new environment and socializes with other babies.

No, however, we recommend checking with your primary care provider (doctor/midwife) or physiotherapist before starting any new exercise.

No need to bring your own. We provide high-quality, non-toxic, and non-slip mats for your practice to ensure a premium and safe experience. To maintain our boutique standards, we simply ask that you sanitize your mat after each class using the cleaning products provided at the studio.

It depends on your specific coverage. While many insurance plans cover yoga through a Health Spending Account (HSA) or a Wellness/Fitness Wellness Account, every provider is different. We recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm your eligibility.

Upon request, we will happily email you a detailed receipt that you can use for your manual submission. Please note that while we offer direct billing for many of our clinical treatments, we do not provide direct billing for yoga studio services.

WELLNESS FAQ

Yes, absolutely. While we are a leader in prenatal and postpartum care, we focus on women’s health at all stages. Our practitioners are experts in supporting you through every hormonal transition—including fertility journeys, perimenopause, and menopause. Whether you are looking for specialized hormonal support or general injury recovery, our multidisciplinary team is here to help you optimize your health at any age.

New clients are always welcome, and no referral is necessary to book an appointment. As a multidisciplinary clinic, you can access our services directly. However, we recommend double-checking your specific insurance policy before your first visit; while we don’t require a referral, some insurance providers may request one from your family doctor to qualify for reimbursement of your treatments.

es, we do! We offer direct billing for most major insurance providers to make your experience as seamless as possible. You can view our full list of supported insurance companies and providers here.

Note: While we do our best to process claims on your behalf, we cannot guarantee direct billing for every appointment. Coverage depends on your individual insurance policy and provider restrictions.
