General Yoga in Markham

Discover a yoga practice tailored for everyone—whether you’re a man, a woman in your prime, or navigating perimenopause or menopause. Our General Yoga classes at Push Markham are designed to support your body, mind, and spirit through all stages of life and for all ages.

Enjoy the comfort of our non-heated studio, where you can move at your own pace. Our small, intimate classes are capped at just 10 participants, offering personalized guidance from experienced instructors who are committed to giving you the yoga experience you’re looking for.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, all levels are welcome. Teens and children aged 7+ are also welcome in select classes, making yoga accessible to more families in our community.

Classes Description

 Restorative Hatha Yoga is a gentle class for any yogi.  If you are a beginner or working through an injury, gives this class a try.  All levels welcome.  

Prenatal barre is a gentle, low-impact workout blending ballet, Pilates, and strength training—adapted for pregnancy. Using small, controlled movements and a barre for support, it targets the core, glutes, pelvic floor, and posture while improving balance and flexibility. 

This first half of the class starts with weights and yoga poses.  The second half of the class is slow and restorative to teach your nervous system and body how to relax.  Red light can be used during the restorative portion.  All levels welcome.  

This class is a Hatha Yoga class with a bit of flow.  Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques.  All levels welcome.  

A Hatha class designed to challenge you.  This traditional style class will move through a variety of poses building on your strength and stamina.  Some yoga experience is recommended.  

A yoga class for men only. no experience necessary.
