How it works:
We meet outside PUSH and head out at 9:30 AM sharp for a warm-up stroll to Alma Walker Park. Once there, you’ll strengthen and tone using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and optional weights—all while your baby stays cozy in the stroller. It’s fitness designed for all levels, and the best part? You get to enjoy the outdoors and connect with other moms!
