Our Red Tent group was created with no judgement or labels in mind. A safe space for women to share with one another, find support and grow into becoming a mother. All moms and babes in arms are welcome to join.
This group runs every other Friday at PUSH Markham. Be sure to check the dates and register ahead of time as spaces are limited. A nominal fee is required to reserve your spot. Free for monthly PUSH YOGA members.
