✔️ 1x Weekly Workshop (60 min)
Led by Jen, these sessions focus on intentional movement, pelvic floor awareness, birth prep education, and hands-on guidance.

✔️ 1x Weekly Practice Class (Prenatal Yoga/Pilates/Barre Class)
A gentle flow class that supports circulation, stretches tight areas, and helps you integrate your core + breathwork skills into daily movement.

💰 Course Cost: $199 + HST

This includes 8 total sessions (2 classes per week for 4 weeks) — a value of over $320 if purchased separately.

Drop-in prenatal yoga classes are normally $40 each, so this bundle offers massive value for expecting parents who want to take their wellness seriously.
