PUSH Yoga (General)
PUSH Yoga classes are general hatha classes that are not stage specific. Prenatal & early Postpartum clients recommended to take stage specific classes below.
This class is a Hatha Yoga class. Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques. All levels welcome.
A Hatha class designed to challenge you. This traditional style class will move through a variety of poses building on your strength and stamina. Some yoga experience is recommended.
A calming class to release toxins and better reproductive and menstrual health.

Yoga has been shown to help with balancing hormones, improving circulation, opening the hip and pelvic area as well as reducing stress. Learn how the calming techniques used in yoga can help support your path to pregnancy.
The best time to start prenatal classes are during the second trimester. Strengthen and move with us during your second and third trimester to prepare for birth and postpartum.
Stretch and support your growing body with prenatal yoga. This class will practice breathing techniques, birth intention and movements to help with labour and birth. Some yoga experience recommended.

Strengthen safely during pregnancy with our prenatal Pilates class. Learn how to activate the core for pregnancy and prepare your body for labour and birth.

The perfect workshop for both partners to prepare physically and mentally for pregnancy and labour. This hands-on event will leave you feeling connected as partners as well as parents to-be. All Mama and Family classes are baby-friendly. Mamas should wait until after their 6/8 week postnatal check up before starting exercise.
Feel free to bring your own blanket/toys for baby during the class.
A class just for moms to move, strengthen and build community with one another. Class focus is on the parent, allowing mom to focus on poses to support your changes through postpartum.

This class is open to partners, caregivers or family members. Registration is for one adult and baby. Let’s move, stretch and build community together!
Class focuses on regaining core strength and safe movements for postpartum and beyond. Mat based + small equipment (spine corrector, therabands, magic circle, weights) and may include elements of Yamuna® Body Rolling.
These fitness classes are focused on the postpartum body helping you regain the strength and range of motion you once had. Work out in a safe and supportive environment (moms only class).
KIDS + FAMILY
Mindfulness and movement classes to support your child’s development. Classes incorporate fitness along with emotional intelligence (EQ), gross motor movements, mindfulness techniques and collaborative/social play.
Mindful Kids incorporate movement, mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques into each class. Classes are fun for kids of all ages and include mindfulness activities such as collaborative games or mindful crafts. Our programs are offered during the Fall, Winter and Spring sessions.
Fit Kids is a mindfulness and movement class for kids. Movement can provide an outlet for your kid’s emotional energy. Programs offered in Fall, Winter and Spring.

Parent and Tot yoga is great for kids aged 3-5 years old. Learn to move and incorporate mindfulness skills at a young age. A great class for either parent to participate.
