Benefits of Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a hands-on technique that involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being. Registered Massage Therapists apply various strokes, pressure levels, and techniques tailored to individual needs and preferences. Massage therapy can address a range of physical issues, such as pain and stiffness, as well as reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, and boost the body’s natural healing processes.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is designed to target deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using slow, firm pressure, this technique focuses on areas of tension, knots, and chronic tightness—making it an ideal option for those with long-term muscular pain, postural imbalances, or repetitive strain injuries.
Whether you’re dealing with stiffness from working at a desk, recovering from a sports injury, or carrying long-term tension in your back, shoulders, or hips, deep tissue massage works to release restricted movement, improve circulation, and support long-term healing.
Our Registered Massage Therapists will tailor the pressure to your comfort level and check in regularly throughout the session. While some intensity is normal, the goal is never to push beyond what feels right for your body.
Benefits of Deep Tissue Massage include:
Relief from chronic muscle pain or tension
Improved posture and range of motion
Support for injury recovery and scar tissue release
Reduced stress and improved body awareness
If you’re looking for lasting relief from deeper muscular issues, deep tissue massage can help you feel more balanced, mobile, and pain-free.
Other Specialty Services
Cupping Therapy
Cupping uses suction to gently lift the skin and fascia, increasing circulation and helping release deep-seated tension. It’s especially effective in areas that feel “stuck” or restricted. Temporary circular marks may appear—these are a normal part of the healing process.
Great for: deep muscle tension, athletic recovery, and chronic pain.
Hot Stone Massage
Warm, smooth stones are used to relax tight muscles and allow for deeper work without added pressure. The heat promotes a calming, meditative state—perfect for those seeking a more soothing experience.
Great for: chronic tension, relaxation, and those sensitive to deeper pressure.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy uses low-level light wavelengths to reduce inflammation, support cellular repair, and promote tissue healing. When applied during your massage, it enhances recovery and healing from the inside out.
Great for: injury recovery, inflammation, joint stiffness, and scar tissue repair.
Lymphatic Massage
This gentle, rhythmic technique stimulates the lymphatic system to support natural detoxification and reduce fluid retention. It’s especially helpful after surgery, during postpartum recovery, or for anyone experiencing swelling or sluggish circulation.
Great for: post-surgical healing, postpartum swelling, immune support, and reducing water retention.
Infant & Children Massage
Infant Massage
Infant massage is a gentle, nurturing practice that supports your baby’s physical and emotional well-being. Using soft, rhythmic touch, it can ease common discomforts like colic and gas, improve sleep patterns, and support healthy development. Most importantly, it deepens the bond between you and your baby, creating a calm and connected space for both of you.

Children’s Massage
Massage isn’t just for adults—kids can benefit too! Children’s massage helps with growing pains, sports recovery, and stress or anxiety. It also promotes body awareness and relaxation in a kid-friendly, welcoming space. Our RMTs adjust pressure and techniques based on your child’s needs and comfort level.
Children are welcome to wear a tank top and shorts, and parents can stay in the room during the session if that helps your child feel at ease. See more tips about preparing for your child’s first massage here.
