Studio Arrival Policy
To maintain the serene atmosphere and honor the practice of all attendees, we kindly request your adherence to our arrival policy. Respecting the tranquility of the class is essential. Late entry can disrupt the concentration and relaxation of fellow participants.
Punctuality: We encourage all participants to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time to allow for check-in and settling into the space.
Late Arrival: If you arrive after the class has started, we kindly ask that you wait quietly in the hallway until the initial mindfulness/centering practice (~10 minutes) is complete before entering the studio space.
Mindful Entry: The instructor will signal (by opening the door or turning on the lights) when it is appropriate to enter. When entering late, please do so quietly and mindfully.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our arrival policy. This approach ensures a smooth and focused experience for all participants.
